கல்லூரி படிப்பால் ஒரு மென்பொருள் சோதனையாளராக தன் பயணத்தை துவங்கினாலும், புருஷோத்தமன் அவர்களுக்கு உணவு அளிக்கும் தொழில் மீது ஒரு மிகப்பெரிய ஈடுபாடு ஏற்பட்டது. இதற்கு காரணம் இவரது பாட்டி சுவையான பலகாரங்களை சிறந்த முறையில் செய்து கடைகளுக்கு விநியோகம் செய்தார். இவர்கள் வாழ்ந்த டி பி சத்திரம் பகுதி மக்கள் இவரது பலகாரங்களின் சுவையால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டு அச்சம்மா என்று அன்போடு அழைக்கப்பட்டார், அதுமட்டுமின்றி டி பி சத்திரம் பகுதியில் ஒரு அரசியல் கட்சியின் பிரதிநிதியாக பொறுப்பேற்று பல சேவைகள் செய்துள்ளார். இளம்வயதில் தன் பாட்டியின் சேவை மனதையும் மக்கள் அவர்பால் கொண்ட அன்பையும் கண்டு வளர்ந்த புருஷோத்தமன் அவர்கள் CM Caterers என்ற பெயரில் சுப நிகழ்வுகளுக்கு தமிழ் பண்பாடான விருந்தோம்பல் முறைப்படி உணவு அளிக்கும் நிறுவனத்தை 2008 ஆம் ஆண்டு துவங்கினார். இவரது விருந்தோம்பல் என்ற உணவு உபசரிக்கும் முறை நம் தமிழ் பாட்டனாகிய அய்யன் திருவள்ளுவர் விருந்தோம்பலை பற்றி தன் குறள்களில் கூறும் முறைப்படி இயங்கும் CM Caterers நிறுவனத்தை நிறுவியுள்ளார்.

She was a snacks maker and She distributes snacks to nearby shops and she was famous in TP Chathram and she also served people through a political party at that time and She inspired him very much to get into serving people through the food industry in the concept of "VIRUNDHU". The concept of Virundhu is inspired from Thirukkural.
